Serving as the North American Höganäs corporate headquarters, the Stony Creek plant is located just a short drive from Pennsylvania’s PM industry. The facility produces atomized iron powder in a continuous, closed looped manufacturing system for outstanding material consistency. In addition, iron and other low alloy steel powders are mixed for immediate use by customers. As the North American headquarters, Stony Creek houses the Technology Center, essential in assisting customers with application development and providing technical support. Stony Creek is also the home of the Refined Metals division, offering certified alloy ingots for the investment casting and forging industry. Stony Creek, as with all North American operations, is ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certified.
