The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 2 May 2012 at 3 p.m. at HB-hallen, Höganäs, Sweden.
Shareholder's right of initiative
Shareholders are entitled to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting, if the Board of Directors has received a request to this effect by 14 March 2012 at the latest.
