Current gear technology trends are opening up new opportunities for PM to challenge traditional manufacturing processes. In the 9^th issue of PoP Centre News, Höganäs’ gear expert Anders Flodin shares information about the ongoing PM gear development projects that allow Höganäs to push the limits of PM technology. 

The 8th issue of PoP Centre News introduces Höganäs' Thermal surfacing business area and its activities in the PoP Centre. A well-known expression claims that “It’s what’s inside that counts”. However, in some cases the surface is at least as important. Höganäs, with ongoing work in its PoP Centre,serves customers within a wide range of industries that apply coatings as a means to improve the properties of the surface for various purposes.

Customer service investigations (CSIs) such as material analysis and testing provide vital information for both design and troubleshooting purposes. In the 7th issue of PoP Centre News, representatives from Höganäs’ global technical service organisation explain how Höganäs is able to add customer value by combining these services and  connecting them to the other functions of the PoP Centre.
