Höganäs signs license agreement with Innobraze GmbH

Innobraze GmbH is a leading manufacturer of brazing pastes for high-temperature brazing. The Fe- or Ni-based pastes are mainly intended for brazing of heat exchangers, EGR coolers and catalytic converters.

Prior to the agreement, Höganäs had lacked in-house paste technology. With the license agreement Höganäs will move one step in the value chain and get the opportunity to work closer to the end-users. In turn, this will allow development of customer specific application solutions tailor-made for Höganäs' unique range of braze alloys.

Through its global sales organisation, Höganäs will now market complete brazing solutions that enable high productivity, extremely low scrap rates and outstanding properties of the brazed components.
