 BrazeLet® Ni – series

BrazeLet Ni products are nickel base standard brazing filler metal alloys (AMS, AWS and ISO). These alloys are suitable for different kinds of brazing conditions (gap size, brazing temperature and atmosphere) and functions at service (temperature, corrosion, oxidation resistance etc). BrazeLet Ni5 is commonly used where the demand on corrosion resistance is high but brazes at high temperature. BrazeLet Ni7 is very good wetting properties, brazes at lower temperatures but the corrosion resistance is less.

BrazeLet® F302

BrazeLet  F302 is a FeCr-based stainless filler metal powder developed for high temperature brazing of stainless steels. The unique chemical composition of
BrazeLet  F302 offers similar properties to high performing Ni-based filler metals, but at an attractive and stable metal cost.

The optimal application medium for BrazeLet  F302 stainless filler metal powders is as a paste. The paste can be applied via conventional techniques such as dispensing, roller coating, screen printing and spraying.Paste application technology solutions are offered in cooperation with highly recommended partners.

 BrazeLet®  Ni613

BrazeLet  Ni613 has a unique alloy composition specially developed to meet demands for EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) coolers in diesel engines. The alloy has excellent wetting properties, high strength and corrosion resistance at high temperature service.

 BrazeLet® F300 

BrazeLet  F300 is a newly developed, patent pending FeCr-based brazing filler metal for brazing of stainless steels. The alloy composition is developed to possess equal properties as high performance nickel based alloys but offering cost advantages. BrazeLet  F300 has excellent wetting properties, low brazing temperature, creates a uniform joint with high strength and high corrosion and oxidation resistance.
