 BrazeLet™ Ni – series

BrazeLet™ Ni products are nickel base standard brazing filler metal alloys (AMS, AWS and ISO). These alloys are suitable for different kinds of brazing conditions (gap size, brazing temperature and atmosphere) and functions at service (temperature, corrosion, oxidation resistance etc). BrazeLet™ Ni5 is commonly used where the demand on corrosion resistance is high but brazes at high temperature. BrazeLet™ Ni7 is very good wetting properties, brazes at lower temperatures but the corrosion resistance is less.

 BrazeLet™ Ni613

BrazeLet™ Ni613 has a unique alloy composition specially developed to meet demands for EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) coolers in diesel engines. The alloy has excellent wetting properties, high strength and corrosion resistance at high temperature service.

 BrazeLet™ F300 

BrazeLet™ F300 is a newly developed, patent pending FeCr-based brazing filler metal for brazing of stainless steels. The alloy composition is developed to possess equal properties as high performance nickel based alloys but offering cost advantages. BrazeLet™ F300 has excellent wetting properties, low brazing temperature, creates a uniform joint with high strength and high corrosion and oxidation resistance.
