Drying
Applied paste by screen printing or roller coating will be dried before assembly. Drying parameters are a function of applied paste thickness and customer part design. The belt furnace in the PoP Centre is capable of drying mass production volumes. This allows reaching target parameters of the customer application.
The excellent properties of Höganäs' paste allow the dried components to be shipped to the customer for brazing without damaging the coating.
