Roller Coating
Brazing paste can be used for roller coating fins or structured plates. The paste is applied with thin layers in the range of 0.05 to 0.1 mm on top of the fins or structured plates with less variation in paste amount. The Roller Coater in the PoP Centre can be integrated in mass production at speeds up to a maximum of 20 m/min. Parameters can be target to customers' processes. We can provide test series of components with paste applied the same way as in final production in order to make sure the customer's productivity and quality requirements are fulfilled.
