Screen Printing
Brazing paste can be used by screen- or stencil printing. Printing can be done with huge selection of thickness from about 50 µm up to 0.6 mm and with very high precision on a given component. The Screen Printer in the PoP Centre is capable of being integrated in mass production and parameters can be targeted to customers' processes. This way Höganäs can provide test series of components with paste applied the same way as in final production, enabling evaluations and control of both productivity and quality.
