Vacuum Brazing
Samples with an applied brazing alloy can be brazed in the PoP Centre's vacuum furnace. The furnace can operate at up to 1200ºC with a hard vacuum using an oil diffusion pump, or at less vacuum without the oil diffusion pump. This enables quick on-site evaluation of the brazing of coated components.
