The Astaloy™ materials are Höganäs' pre-alloyed, water atomized powder grades.
Astaloy 85 Mo
Astaloy 85 Mo is often used as-sintered with addition of copper and/or nickel.
Astaloy Mo
Exhibits high compressibility and a homogeneous microstructure after sintering. This, in combination with its optimal hardenability, makes this powder an excellent choice for parts requiring surface hardening. The result is high surface hardness and good core toughness. Astaloy Mo is often used as-sintered with additions of copper and/or nickel.
Astaloy CrA 
Robust and cost efficient material for medium to high performance.
Astaloy CrM®
Very high strength and hardness can be achieved after sintering to a low cost. Astaloy CrM is also suitable for high temperature sintering, sinter hardening and plasma nitriding. The fully pre-alloyed composition results in a homogeneous microstructure.
Astaloy A
The material is often used with the addition of copper making it suitable for sinter hardening. Astaloy A can also be used for different types of heat treatments with or without the copper addition.
Astaloy LH
Cost effeicient sinter hardening material.
