Höganäs in North America is seeking an IT Coordinator for its production facility located in Hollsopple, Pennsylvania.
About the position
The qualified candidate will support both computer systems and security, assisting with operational and technical aspects of personal computers, servers and data networks for all locations maintained by North American Höganäs’ IT Department. Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues relating to personal computer hardware, operating systems, application software, software utilities, data communications/connectivity devices and other related projects.
Qualified applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field and prior work experience preferred. Knowledge of Windows desktop, server operating systems, computer hardware and printers are highly recommended. Experience with network equipment, VDI, and CompTIA A+ certification is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
