Höganäs AB founded in 1797 in Sweden, is the world leader on the market for iron and metal powders. It has 18 production facilities in 11 countries around the world, around 950 grated patents, providing high-quality products and services to 3,000 customers in 75 counties and areas with ease and speed. To inspire industry make more with less, we produce over 3,500 different powders, most of them are customized.
Höganäs China was formed in 1993, is the regional headquarter of APAC.  It has mixing station, supply chain of ISO19001, IATF16949 & ISO14001 and ISO45001. Besides, Asia Technology and Education Center (ATEC) and ArcX Coating Center (ArcX) was inaugurated in 2005 and 2016.

About the position

1. To participate in company sales process to enable long-term growth and innovation

–Develop advanced strategies for gathering, documenting and reviewing customer requirements. Ensure that all of the key customers have been involved, and their archival documented.

–Make sure that the right decision makers are involved in the process and have an opportunity to provide input.

–Understand the solution options that are available, and participate in requirements prioritization to help site management prioritize those options based on their merits, and eventually select the best option.

–Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.

2. Assist in data collection and analysis and benchmarking to support strategic planning and execution exercises.

–To engage and lead requirements elicitation workshops

–Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.

–Represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate.

–Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional and business functional stakeholders in defining and assessing company next-level success matrix

–Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements

4.Grow into business and operations’ centre of excellence

Your profile

1) Bachelor degree or above in materials science or marketing. The requirements can be relaxed for those with excellent results.

2) Customer service or sales experience is preferred.

3) Be responsible and good at recording and analyzing.

4) Team spirit, good at interpersonal communication.

5) Interested in marketing and customer service, good at thinking.
