Technical Support Engineer

About the position

¨ Provide with technical support and technical solutions related to PM products to subsidiaries, sales department, distributors, customers & end-users.

¨ Key accounts technical activities and projects management, closely cooperate with account manager for customer visit and interaction.

¨ Responsible for project development activity

¨ Supply the technical support for sample and big scale of production

¨ New products launching and follow–up of customer trials.

¨ Establish the application knowledge for not only internal and customer demonstration and training, but also better communication on supply chain.

¨ Understand the customer technical needs and market trend, feedback to development.

¨ Organize technical seminars and on-site training for customer and end users.

Quolification and experience:

Master degree in Materials Science, mechanical engineering or related. Or Bachelor from similar education background with 2+ years working experience.

¨ Good English skill in Writing, Reading, listening and talk.

¨ Essential knowledge about products and process.

¨ Competence of organizing and executing experiment and trials.

¨ Competence of operating lab equipment, analysis and investigation, and drafting technical reports.

¨ Good presentation and interpretation skill.

¨ Good communication skill and team work.
