About the position

Position: Human Resource Coordinator, Hoganas (China) Co., Ltd.

The Job

The Human Resources coordinator is reporting to the Human Resource manager, supporting the Human Resources team for talent, organizational and culture development. He/she is responsible for administrative support for the HR team, covering all aspects of HR process.

The Job Competencies

- Lean Transformation & Culture: support to arrange activities to maintain and strengthen More Hoganas, Lean transformation and foster double ways feedback culture

- Recruitment: support for campus recruitment, social recruitment, and front-line workers recruitment

- Training: build and continuously improve training process, collect feedback from stakeholders, effectiveness of training to support for people development

- Manage on-board and exit procedure/labor contracts etc., create HR template/documents and response to the inquiries from employees

- Organize employees’ relationship activities by proper plan and cost-effective mindset

- Other tasks assigned by HR manager

Qualifications & Experiences

- Education: BS degree or above

- Excellent command of English

- Good at MS office

- Independent, agility and team player

- Good interpersonal and communication skills z

- Self-motivation to improve and be a good listener
