Somaloy 7P is suitable for applications where low core losses are most important. It also brings excellent thermal properties, and the possibility to give very high mechanical strength with a modified heat treatment.

• Available as a 100-mesh product for active applications such as electric motors
• Lubrication additive is Lube 7P, typically at 0.3 – 0.4%. However, with 7P, die wall lubrication is an option for highest density, reducing the lubricant content to 0.1%
• Compaction at 600 – 800 MPa with heated/controlled die temperature to reach high densities

Component heat-treatment in N2 atmosphere at max 620 °C.

Somaloy 5P适用于需要低磁芯损耗的应用。

零件在最高530°C的空气和蒸汽气氛中进行两步骤热处理。

Somaloy 1P是最经济的基础产品。

• 适用于所有-40目、-100目和-200目的粉末。
• 润滑剂是Kenolube P11， 通常为0.4%至0.5%。
• 在600-800MPa下压制可获得高密度。
• 零件在最高530°C的空气气氛中进行热处理。
