The decision reflects the limited strategic alignment of the business, together with the significant time, investment and effort required to develop it into a sustainable long-term position, alongside challenging market conditions and limited commercial traction. Prior to reaching this conclusion, alternatives were explored, including efforts to identify new ownership. Despite these efforts, no viable solution was identified.

As of 2 June 2026, a duly appointed administrator will take over and liquidate the company.

The liquidation process will be managed in a structured and responsible manner, with appropriate support for affected employees and other stakeholders.
