Changes to Höganäs' board

After eight years on the board of Höganäs, the last two as chairman, Kurt Jofs left the position at the company's annual general meeting on 9 June. The new chairman is Magnus Hall, who has previously been CEO of Vattenfall and Holmen. Charlotte Strömberg and Anna Månsson are replacing Kerstin Konradsson and Johanna Rosén.

The changes are a natural part of the rotation that takes place on all boards and it is a good time to implement changes now that Höganäs is stable and while the company has a change journey ahead where reduced climate footprint is in focus.

"I want to welcome Magnus as the new chairman of the board and I think he will add new perspectives on both the change journey the company is in as well as our transition to a climate-neutral company,” says Fredrik Emilson, CEO. "I also would like to welcome Lotta (Charlotte Strömberg) and Anna (Månsson) and I think their experience of both change management and the car industry will benefit the company's further journey."

At the meeting on 9 June, Kerstin Konradsson and Johanna Rosén left the board after 5 years and 3 years respectively of meritorious effort.

"On behalf of the company, I would like to thank Kurt, Kerstin and Johanna for their fine efforts for the company over the past years. Many new building blocks have come into place in parallel with the fact that we have handled major challenges such as Covid during their time on the company's board," says Fredrik.
