Fabio is the CEO of Lindéngruppen AB, which owns 50% of Höganäs AB. Fabio brings broad international experience in leadership, strategy, and industrial development. Before joining Lindéngruppen, he held executive roles including CEO of Spaljisten AB, several senior leadership roles at Hilti Group, and spent a decade as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He also holds several board assignments, including Chair of Beckers Group, and board member of Colart and cReal Food AB.

Fabio replaces Paul Schrotti, whom we thank for his dedicated service and valuable contributions to the board.
