Höganäs’ soft magnetic composite (SMC) powder core solutions for central or on-plug ignition systems generate high voltage energy output without compromising the size. The compact size ignition coil can be mounted very close on the spark plug. Thanks to high magnetic saturation that generates higher energy output to the ignition, the fuel consumption becomes lower, which contributes to less emissions.
